3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Payment must be made in full before product delivery or repair completion
  • We accept cash on delivery and online payment methods
  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery is available within Karachi
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery

5. Repair Services Terms

  • Free diagnostic service is provided before repair
  • Repair charges will be communicated before work begins
  • Customer approval is required before proceeding with repairs
  • We provide warranty on repairs as specified per service
  • Pak Repair is not liable for data loss during repair
  • Customers should backup their data before submitting devices
  • Devices left uncollected for 30 days may be disposed of

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days if defective or damaged
  • Items must be in original condition with packaging
  • Customized products (e.g., custom back covers) cannot be returned
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Repair service refunds are subject to case-by-case evaluation

7. Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranty applies to original branded products
  • Repair services carry warranty as specified at time of service
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse
  • Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period

All brand names, trademarks, product names, logos, and images displayed on our website (including but not limited to Vivo, OPPO, SuperVOOC, Ronin, SOVO, Apple, AirPods, Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, and other manufacturers) are registered trademarks and intellectual property of their respective owners.
